Host - Dr. Fola Adekusibe

Fola Adekusibe is a seasoned entrepreneur, life coach, and business lawyer with over 36 years of professional experience. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School with a Master’s degree in Business Law, Fola has spent decades guiding startups, scale-ups, and established enterprises through the complex legal and strategic landscapes of business.

As a passionate life coach, Fola combines legal expertise with mentorship, helping entrepreneurs clarify their vision, navigate challenges, and turn innovative ideas into viable ventures. Known for his practical insights, dynamic storytelling, and results-driven approach, he empowers founders to build businesses that are not only successful but sustainable.

Fola will be sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience at From Vision to Venture, equipping attendees with actionable strategies to transform ideas into thriving businesses.

Guest Speaker - Mr. Segun Odunuga

Mr. Segun Odunuga is a global financial executive and strategist with over 30 years of experience in financial management, corporate strategy, treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and operational leadership across global industries. He has held C-suite roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, at publicly listed international mining companies, providing strategic oversight of Finance, IT, HR, Internal Audit, and Health & Environment functions across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to his executive career, Mr. Odunuga spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in audit and advisory roles, supporting multinational clients with financial due diligence, audit assurance, and advisory services.

He holds a BSc and MBA, and is a Chartered Accountant with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA, CA). An ordained pastor, Mr. Odunuga also serves as Head of Finance for RCCG ACT and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

Guest Speaker - Cecil Munkoh

Cecil Munkoh is a seasoned business banking leader with over 20 years of experience at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, where he currently serves as Area Manager, Business Banking. In this leadership role, he oversees teams supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), helping businesses grow and thrive through tailored financial solutions.

Beyond banking, Cecil is actively engaged in real estate development and manages an alternative asset portfolio. His professional acumen is complemented by his commitment to community and education — he serves on the Board of Directors of Burlington Christian Academy, where he contributes his leadership and strategic insight.

With his depth of experience in finance, business strategy, and leadership, Cecil brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a passion for empowering others to succeed in both business and purpose.
